LI 4:

English Name: Union Valley
Pinyin Name: He Gu
Chinese Character: 合谷
Location:In the middle of the 2nd metacarpal bone on the radial side.

Liv 3:

English Name: Great Surge
Pinyin Name: Tai Chong
Chinese Character: 太沖
Location:On the dorsum of the foot in a depression distal to the junctions of the 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones.

Kid 3:

English Name: Great Ravine
Pinyin Name: Taixi
Chinese Character: 太谿
Location: In depression midway between the tip of the medial malleolus and the attachment of the achilles tendon.

UB 57:

English Name: Mountain Support
Pinyin Name: Cheng Shan
Chinese Character: 承山
Location: 8 cun below UB 40 in a pointed depression below the gastrocnemius when leg is stretched or heel is lifted.

GB 34:

English Name: Mountain Support
Pinyin Name: Yang Ling Quan
Chinese Character: 陽陵泉
Location: In a depression anterior and inferior to the head of the fibula

Yao Tong Xue

English Name: Low Back Pain Point
Pinyin Name: Yao Tong Xue
Location: On the dorsum of the hand, midway between the transverse wrist crease and the metacarpalphalangeal joint, between both the 2nd and 3rd and the 4th and 5th metacarpals (2 points on each hand).

LI 4 and Liv 3:

These two points, together, are know as the Four Gates. They are the masters at moving energy.

UB 62 and SI 3

Together, these two points treat the spine. Especially useful for neck and low back pain.
